Senior Software Developer

This is a full-time Senior Software Engineer role with Life Design Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software, programming, and ensuring quality assurance. You will work closely with other developers, as well as product managers, and will have the opportunity to lead technical projects. What you will be doing:
- Working with other senior developers to establish and maintain SDLC best practices
- Influencing architectural design decisions
- Creating and maintaining microservices for a multitude of domains
- Collaborating with developers, client services, and management
- Developing performant, scalable, testable, and maintainable code
- Fixing bugs and performance fine-tuning
- Building and maintaining CI/CD processes
- Performing code reviews
- Mentoring members of the development team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing full stack PHP, node, and javascript (SPA) applications
- Proven experience developing RESTful APIs using best practices
- Well versed in implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient using Amazon Web Services
- Adaptable to changing requirements and priorities
- Computer Science and Software Development skills
- Experience in programming and software engineering methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Computer Science, or related field
